SmartAVI, Inc. Releases the UDX Family of DVI-D and USB 2.0 Extenders with Super Reclocking

Feb. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA (February 24, 2012) – SmartAVI, Inc., a world-leading innovator of digital signage and video/audio/control signal distribution and switching over UTP/STP and fiber optic cable, announces the release of its American made UDX family of extenders.  In response to the market demand for the popular DVX family of DVI extenders, which have been installed in over 1,000 locations worldwide, SmartAVI has created the UDX family of DVI-D/USB extenders.

The UDX extenders are the perfect solution for extending DVI-D displays and USB 2.0 devices to a remote location up to 250 feet away. They feature pixel accurate signal reclocking which regenerates the input signal into a perfectly sharp and clear output signal. They are fully plug and play with dynamic DDC learning. The UDX family has a 1-port version, the UDX-Plus, and a 2-port version, the UDX-2P. The UDX family will also have a 4 port version, the UDX-4P, available in mid-March.
