Every communication with Zweena is validated with the SSL service encrypting every keystroke and all data exchanged. A new validation is created every time and is never used twice, even by the same customer, so identity theft is not possible. Even if a transmission is intercepted, military-level technology would be required to decipher the information.

Zweena systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to protect against intrusion, both automatically by multiple firewalled intrusion detection systems and physically by security personnel. All Zweena servers utilize redundant storage devices and are backed up monthly. Zweena also maintains secure off-site backups in two states, protecting customers' information even in the event of a regional disaster.
