Feb. 14, 2012 - PRLog -- The St. Louis 35th Annual Builders Home & Garden Show returns to America’s Center and Edward Jones Dome Thursday, February 23 through Sunday, February 26. The largest quality consumer home show in North America, the Home & Garden Show is the place to see, learn about and buy the latest home products and services from reputable companies you can trust. The show is produced by the Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri.

The Builders Home & Garden Show is actually six shows in one, showcasing the latest in Lawn & Garden, Kitchen & Bath, Interior Design, Pool & Spa, Building Products and Green Products. More than 500 exhibitors in 1,800 booths fill nearly 400,000 square feet and provide consumers with an excellent buying opportunity, competitive pricing and side-by-side comparison between companies.

Think spring as you stroll through beautiful landscapes filled with fabulous flowers, water features and the newest ideas for your garden. The theme this year is Gardens of the World, with five fantastic feature gardens that get their inspiration from far-off settings like France, Italy and Japan, and ones a little closer to home like the Smoky Mountains and Canada.

Visit the Belgard Landscapers Challenge to see a stunning landscape built with Belgard hardscapes. Show visitors can dream of a new outdoor living space and register to win a $10,000 brick oven for their own yard. Jeff Holper, The Mole Hunter, returns to help homeowners rid their yards of moles and other pests.

The Home Show is more than just windows and doors – it’s a fun outing with often unexpected entertainment. This year, the Show is proud to host Diana, The People’s Princess, a compelling story of the life of one of the most iconic people in recent history. This professionally curated exhibition, in St. Louis for the first time, includes five of her dresses and accompanying informational panels explaining Princess Diana's journey from childhood to Royal Princess to Global Humanitarian. Viewing the exhibition is included in the cost of your Home Show ticket.

Show visitors can discover painting tips and tricks from Brian Santos, the Wall Wizard. Santos is a fourth generation decorative artist whose presentations are brimming with short cuts, cool tools, and practical techniques that will help both the first-time and experienced painter produce a professional looking finish. The Children’s Garden Club has free hands-on projects to take home, brought to the show by St. Louis County Parks and the Nine Network. Family Fun areas are sponsored by Suburban Journals.
