Third Annual Simply Elegant Wedding Showcase to Feature Wedding Planning Workshops

Feb. 14, 2012 - PRLog -- Chicagoland’s top wedding professionals will put their creative services on display at the Third Annual Simply Elegant Wedding Showcase on Sunday, March 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at historic Pleasant Home in Oak Park.

Simply Elegant is a boutique wedding show where brides can meet with award-winning wedding experts, sample products, and win prizes.  This year's showcase will also feature a full lineup of wedding planning workshops, where brides will learn industry secrets to planning the perfect wedding.

“The Simply Elegant Wedding Showcase is designed to be both fun and educational for brides,” said Camille McLamb, founder of wedding planning company Camille Victoria Weddings LLC and organizer of this year’s showcase. “Our goal is that brides leave with more than just a bag of brochures and, instead, feel like they’ve gotten tips, ideas, and information that are useful in their wedding planning.”

Exhibitors will include specialists in wedding flowers, invitations, custom accessories, photography, videography, catering, wedding coordination, music, and more.

Pleasant Home is one of Oak Park's famed prairie-style mansions, creating a beautiful and unique setting for the showcase.  It is located at 217 Home Avenue.
