Adoption STAR's Adoption Tax Credit Podcast

Feb. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Press Release – As it stands today, the Adoption Tax Credit will cease to exist for traditional adoptions after 2012. After 2012, the only families who would be eligible for the Adoption Tax Credit would be those participating in a special needs adoption.

There have been changes to the Adoption Tax Credit from 2011-2012, and there will be many more changes after 2012. Adoption STAR is working to clear much of the confusion by producing  a podcast that we hope answers all of the Adoption Tax Credit questions (http://adoptionstar.com/the-adoption-tax-credit-podcast-and-infograph/) and providing an infograph that breaks down the tax credit to its simplest form for those who finalized their adoption in 2011 and those who expect to finalize their adoptions in 2012 and 2013.

Mark Tronconi, who is a Partner at Tronconi, Segarra & Associates, is featured in the podcast. Tronconi is a CPA and an expert on the Adoption Tax Credit.
