Networx3 Go From Strength To Strength

“The new year has started well with many new projects and the opening of our new, dedicated training facility” announced Ian Ashworth – Managing Director.

Current projects include a blown fibre optic ‘backbone’ for Rail Track.
A ‘backbone’ in networking terms, is fibre optic cable traversing the main route of the network and is built with a high density count of fibres. Working with Abel Data, Networx3 hope to complete this major installation by February 2012.

Another company, GEOAmey have asked Networx3 to install two communication networks using blown fibre technology. GEOAmey is one of the largest providers of judicial support services for Her Majesty’s Government and Networx3 will design, plan and install new data systems during February and March at two new depots in the south of England.

Major projects with such high profile companies means training is of paramount importance. Networx3’s engineers have to arrive on site ready to install the new network as soon as they arrive with minimal disruption.  

With this in mind Networx3 have opened a new dedicated training facility in Burnley.
At the new training facility, engineers are trained in the art of blowing fibre using various systems and technologies such as Blolite+ , Fibre Flow, Micro Blow and fibre termination. The new facility has also proved invaluable for blown fibre demonstrations for contracting partners, customers and end users.
