Travelers Digest Announces Website Redesign

The Travelers Digest online travel magazine has revamped their website to be more user friendly.

Feb. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Hong Kong, February 5th, 2012 -  Travelers Digest is an online travel magazine that has often been maligned for its confusing and jumbled website design. However, in the past few weeks Travelers Digest has begun rolling out its new web design which promises to be more user friendly.

Travelers Digest has been creating travel content since 2002 and it has accomplished this by employing a variety of travel writers. Its relative longevity has been, for the most part, in spite of its website.

While the new website design has only been partially implemented thus far, early reviews are favorable. Dakota Smith, a writer and developer at Travelers Digest, explains “What we hoped to create was a more navigable interface. We want users to be able to find our travel guides and articles without as much effort and I think that, for the most part, we have succeeded.”

Travelers Digest is an English language travel magazine based out of Hong Kong. While their travel writers cover destinations in most parts of the world, the website has a large amount of articles and guides about Asian tourist destinations.
