Ft. Myers Insurance Agency Ranked As Best in Customer Satisfaction in Southwest Florida

This survey provides a summary measure of loyalty for an agency using a method called the Agency Loyalty Index (ALI). The ALI is calculated using responses from three key loyalty questions on the survey:

1. “Overall, how satisfied are you with your Allstate agency?”
2. “How likely will you be to renew your policy(s) with your current Allstate agency when it is time to do so?”
3. “In the past few months, have you recommended your Allstate agency to friends or family looking for insurance?”

Culbertson Agency received more than 90% positive responses in all three categories, indicating its customers are highly satisfied with their services, likely to renew their policy, and likely to recommend Culbertson to friends and family.

The survey was also available for customers to fill out online. A total of 239 surveys were completed by Culbertson Agency’s customers. When asked the question, “What could your Allstate agency do to build a stronger relationship with you?”, customers had comments such as:

I was Completely satisfied treated w/ respect, completely went through each vehicle, liens holders, quotes, completely answering any of my questions.
