IIM Indore & IIM Shillong declare WAT, GD & PI shortlist; Cut off 90 percentile & above

Jan. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- After the CAT 2011 result, the IIMs started declaring the short list of candidates for the next round of selection process. While the IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow, Kozhikode and the new IIMs had already declared the list, IIM Indore and Shillong have recently declared it.

IIM Indore will select the students through Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI). To know whether you have been shortlisted by IIM Indore or not, click on the following link:

The candidates are shortlisted on the basis of CAT scores, past academic records and Professional Diversity. The overall cut off percentile of CAT 2011 is 90 and sectional cut off is 85.
WAT and PI will be held in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, and Mumbai.

The final selection will take place on the basis of CAT score and performance in WAT & PI. The weightages given to these factors would be 50 per cent in CAT, 15 per cent in WAT and 35 per cent in PI.

IIM Shillong would conduct Group Discussion and Personal Interview for the selection of the students. You can check your shortlist status by IIM Shillong by clicking on the following link:

The shortlist of IIM Shillong is done on the basis of CAT scores and past academic records. The overall cut off for CAT 2011 is 94.5 percentile. Sectional percentile is 65 percentile.
