Authentic Chinese Food Restaurant Opens in the Bay Area, featuring sustainable products and organic ingredients bought form local growers.

http://YiPingRestaurant.com invites the community to join its Grand Opening Celebration on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 5-7 pm.  Szechuan Master Chef and owner, Allen Shi, invites the community to a sampling of YiPing’s authentic Chinese cuisine as well as some light beverages.

Shi has brought his Chinese cooking skills from China to San Ramon, CA.  Shi’s goal is to “create brand new Chinese cuisine by using healthy ingredients (that are) very tasty and flavorful.”

Yi Ping Restaurant opened during the holidays in place of Ha’s Restaurant across from the San Ramon Safeway and Regal Crow Canyon theaters.  Dedicated to “going green,” Yi Ping uses fresh, organic ingredients in all of their dishes and decorates their restaurant with bamboo flooring and eco-paint.
