Waterscapes Pools & Spas Reports Record Sales In 2011

Dec. 30, 2011 - PRLog -- Southwest Florida – Waterscapes Pools & Spas— a division of Neal Communities— had 153 pool sales and 142 completed permits in 2011, making them the #1 pool builder in Manatee County. Waterscapes is only two-and-a-half years old and yet is one of the most active pool companies in Florida, with one source estimating the company is ranked #8 in the State.

The majority of Waterscapes’ sales this year came from home owners throughout Neal’s variety of communities. Central Park at Lakewood Ranch had 35 sales and Belleisle in Country Club East, also located in Lakewood Ranch, had 23 sales. Sawgrass, Neal’s premiere golf community located in Venice, had 15 pool sales.

It’s estimated that one in six Americans will at some time retire in warm, sunny Florida.  “Retirees are tired of waiting and seeking homes with the right features at the right price. Waterscapes notably built the community pools at both Belleisle in Country Club East and Claremont Park in Central Park. The company is also slated to construct the water amenities in Grand Palm, Neal’s first new community in Venice. Grand Palm’s features will include a resort pool with a 64 foot slide, a large splash pad, an adult pool, and a luxurious spa.

Waterscapes Pools & Spas received a 2011 Parade of Homes award for its pool featured at the Sarantino model in Country Club East. The company itself, which currently has three employees, will hire additional team members in 2012. Waterscapes has plans to construct pools for a home builder in Hillsborough County as well as expand their selection and services relating to retail pools.
