Dec. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- When one is taking advantage of the energy deregulation business opportunity, Consumer Choice Marketing has a very interesting and useful program for you.  It is called the CAP or Commercial Assistance Program and it is specifically created to assist the affiliate or independent broker for Consumer Choice Marketing to obtain, maintain and grow their commercial or business energy sales portfolio.

Commercial or business energy sales are very lucrative in the energy deregulation business opportunity because businesses, big and small, are huge consumers of electricity and natural gas. Plus considering how Consumer Choice Marketing pays residual commissions  on commercial energy sales it is especially lucrative.

Consumer Choice Marketing, CCM for short, pays 1 Mill or $.001 per kWh and $.06 per mcf.  In other words, they pay on the actual usage of electricity and gas, rather than a portion of the bill, which turns out to be a generous pay structure compared to other companies that are out in the industry.  So with that said, how does the CAP program help a broker obtain, maintain and grow their energy sales portfolio in the energy dereuglation business opportunity.

The broker simply approaches a business, large or small, builds a relationship and asks them would they like to reduce their energy expense by up to 20%?  9 times out of 10 they would be interested because reducing their monthly expenses increases their bottom line.  They will want to learn more.  You would simply explain how the process works and that it is free and they have ultimate control over the choice.

You would  get the necessary information from the company and submit it to the Consumer Choice Marketing CAP department. And that’s it!  The CAP department takes over.

The CAP program is a department of energy professionals who can take the information submitted, work up a quote for that business and show them what they are paying and what they would save by accepting a variety of contracts with lower energy charges. Remember with energy deregulation only the supply of energy changes and the local utility still does maintenance and billing.

The CAP agent would then contact the business and walk them through the quote and the savings that they could get.  The business owner would have questions and the CAP agent would answer them.  Once the owner is comfortable they will accept or reject an energy contract.  Then they are off to getting those savings.

Again, depending on the state, the contract might be for 1 year or more.  Well the CAP program keeps tabs on that customer to see if the customer is happy with the service.  Around 6 months before that contract ends, the CAP agent contacts the business owner and makes sure that they are enjoying the savings and proceeds to
renew the contract for a longer term.  Of course, they want to keep that savings, so they renew because there is no reason to change.

The CCM CAP program helps the broker to do the work once and continue to get paid over and over again, because they close the contact over the years  This is the basis of residual income from which you can build a book of business that turns into passive income.
