CORAL GABLES, FL. -- Richman Greer, P.A., a law firm offering a wide range of litigation and business-related legal services in Miami and West Palm Beach, is relocating to 396 Alhambra, the new 273,000-square-foot, two-tower, Class A office and retail project in the heart of downtown Coral Gables.

The 50-year-old law firm signed a 12-year lease to occupy a full floor, or 10,755 square feet, of the project’s 156,000-square-foot, 15-story North Tower, which is pre-certified LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council and scheduled for completion in spring 2012. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Richman Greer is planning the move in July 2012, joining 396 Alhambra tenants such as Citibank; RTKL, the global architecture firm; Terra Networks, the Spanish-based multinational Internet company, and kabookaboo,[ cq] an integrated marketing firm.
