Business Problem

The Client, burdened with managing a global financial operation with subsidiaries in eight countries, needed to centralize its financial organization and systems, and improve its reporting capabilities. They needed a more advanced financial management platform such as Oracle’s Hyperion to enable rapid consolidation, and management of performance and operating metrics from global sources. They also requested local onsite consulting leadership working hand-in-hand with HQ Finance staff, but backed up by a global team capable of managing and facilitating the implementation and deployment of the new system.

Business Solution

The TITAN Global Performance Management (“GPM”) team provided the implementation, hosting, managed services, and outsourcing support for the client’s global deployment. The solution included rolling out Oracle’s Hyperion Financial Management (“HFM”) and Financial Data Quality Management (FDQM) applications, integrated into existing financial applications including multiple General Ledger and Reporting systems. TITAN built a robust infrastructure and hardware solution in four environments install the software.
