Biographical Novel of John Lennon now available on Kindle
Beatles expert and author Jude Southerland Kessler brings her Lennon biography - Shoulda Been There, into the 21st Century.
"I know John would've been delighted to see his life story presented in the latest technology. He was all about cutting edge developments and expanding horizons,” says Ms. Kessler. “For me, knowing that his biography will be available to readers all over the world makes the research and work worth it. Knowing that readers who couldn't afford the shipment of the physical books can now walk along with John on his life's journey makes me smile. This is wonderful...”
Shoulda Been There is the first book in a nine book series on the life of John Winston Lennon. With foreword by Bill Harry, a Scouse glossary, and an encyclopedia of the historical characters in the book, Shoulda Been There traces Lennon's life from his birth in 1940 to Dec. 1961 when The Beatles form a managerial agreement with Brian Epstein. Each chapter is footnoted and includes end note discussions of discrepancies found between Beatle scholars.
Shivering Inside, the second book in the series covers Lennon’s life from December 1961 to the birth of his son Julian in April 1963 and is expected to be available on Kindle in 2012.
Kessler is currently writing her third installment, She Loves You, due for release in October 2013.
Jude Southerland Kessler also recently announced her collaboration with world famous Beatles artist SHANNON MacDonald to create new covers for Jude’s nine book series. Shoulda Been There with its new cover will be available in early-November and is available for pre-sale on her website: http://www.OnTheRockBooks.com.
