One Concierge Unveils Simplicity™ Concierge Card

Distinct from concierge membership or on-demand concierge programs, the One Concierge Simplicity™ Card is a cost-effective reloadable concierge card that provides access to dedicated personal concierge service in hundreds of locales around the globe. The card allows users to avoid costly membership contracts and service fees that are usually associated with  concierge programs by use of an innovative “credit”/request management system that allows card holders to place requests whenever they desire.

Simplicity™ Card holders are able to place requests via web, email and/or phone but also have access to all of One Concierge’s services  and receive a 10% discount on every service the company offers. With individual cards starting at $125 USD up to $500 USD, the card has already sparked a lot of interest. The company has also introduced commercial versions of the card for businesses that require customized, cost-effective solutions to implement a corporate concierge program.

The culmination of months of development and testing in key markets, One Concierge has further developed a complete ecommerce solution that allows customers to purchase, manage, and re-load their Simplicity™ Cards online. The Simplicity™ Card will be available as of November 11th 2011 in over 115 countries that One Concierge serves around the world.
