By: The Richardson Firm Matthew earned his J.D. from the Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2009 and his B.A. in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006. While studying at Campbell, he completed an externship at the North Carolina Supreme Court. He is currently admitted to practice law in North Carolina. Prior to joining The Richardson Firm, Matthew served as Assistant District Attorney with the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office. He prosecuted cases in District Court on behalf of the State of North Carolina, serving under former District Attorney Edward Grannis and sitting District Attorney William West. “Matt’s experience in the District Attorney’s office gives him unique knowledge of the legal system,” said William O.
