Drake's 'Take Care' Leaks: Early Thoughts & Sales Predictions?
By: Jimmy STAR

Nov. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Young Money production is spreading across the internet faster than a celebrity sex tape. Prior to the album's release, Drizzy hit us with the singles "Headlines" and "Marvin's Room". Like his pre-album singles from his debut, these tracks became wildly popular on commercial radio. Not a bad way to build up anticipation for your second disc. Add this to the fact that he's been working on this project for some time, and people have been waiting to see if this new one could outdo the acclaim and sales of his previous effort.

I'm predicting between 350-450K album's sold for Take Care's first week. What kind of numbers are you expecting it to put up? Also, for those of you that have heard the ... advanced version of this release, how does it stack up to Thank Me Later?

Instead of getting riled up, Drizzy shrugged it off, "I am not sure if the album leaked. But if it did thank god it doesn't happen a month early anymore." The Young Money rapper added, "Listen, enjoy it, buy it if you like it...and take care until next time."

"Take Care" is set to come out in the U.S. on November 15. The album was originally slated for October 24 but got delayed because he got a roadblock in clearing some samples in his new songs. "I do apologize for the delay but I promise that it is only for the benefit of our experience together," he stated.

While Jay-Z and Kanye West avoided having their "Watch the Throne" album leaked, not many other artists are able to avoid it. Drake's included in that category, along with his mentor, Lil Wayne. So now Drake's album has been released in pirated version, but early previews are sounding good of the tracks.

The new song is upbeat with a pulsating beat and catchy piano in the background as Rihanna sings about taking care of a guy with a broken heart. Rihanna sings, "I've loved and I've lost," which is exactly what Drake's been through with her. Drake comes onto the track as the drums start pounding away even stronger. Drake then shifts into a speedy rap verse. Drake is looking to sell major units for his sophomore release, and with tracks like this one, it's sounding like it could be a major success for his second album.
