| ![]() Ed Keating Joining BLR Executive Leadership Team as Chief Content OfficerLeading information resource provider BLR®—Business & Legal Resources, announces that Ed Keating, former Vice President of the Content Division at the Software & Information Industry Association, has joined BLR as Chief Content Officer (CCO).
“We are delighted that Ed has chosen to join our organization,” At the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), Ed served as Vice President of the Content Division. During his six and a half years with the association, he focused the division on B2B publishing issues such as business models & content monetization, social media, the convergence of software and content, and workflow products. Ed worked closely with SIIA members Reed Elsevier, Thomson Reuters, McGraw Hill and Dow Jones to help them meet their business development, promotional and policy goals. He also cultivated up and coming content and technology companies through SIIA’s Previews and Mentor programs and helped them foster business relationships with industry leading companies. Prior to SIIA, Ed served as Vice president at EDGAR Online and Vice President at Easton Consultants where he was a member of the Financial & Information Services practice.
