PRLog -- LaToya Cooper is showing children in the Triangle a new creative outlet! Beginning January 9th she will be offering fashion sewing lessons to children and teenagers ages 6-18. “These private lessons are taught at the child’s sewing level. They will progress through beginners, intermediate, then advanced sewing at a pace that is comfortable for that individual child,” LaToya states. In addition to sewing, children will also learn sewing machine care & safety, fabric care, reading a pattern, and much more! “The children who take my course will learn a valuable skill and hobby, but it will be educational at the same time.” These lessons are held one hour once a week for only $25 per lesson. At the end of the first 16 week session a fashion show will be held so that students can share their stylish creations with family and friends. Track out programs and design lessons will be added soon!
