Oct. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- When you think of Vegas, it's probably a safe bet that the first things that spring to mind are casinos, luxury hotels and shows full of divas and drag queens. Sin City, one of the biggest tourist attractions in the United States, has become known for its bright lights, glitz and glamour, but there are some hidden attractions that you may not have known even existed, and they can be the cherry on the top of your indulgent Las Vegas holiday.

If you're looking for an afternoon of downtime after a hard night's gambling in one of Sin City's many casinos, the stunning Bellagio Conservatory and Gardens is a free Las Vegas attraction and has sometimes been called an oasis in the middle of the blistering Nevada desert. With perfect tranquility, it's easy to forget that you're in the middle of one of the world's busiest cities, but with all of the four seasons attentively recreated in separate sections, the Botanical Gardens are carefully designed to showcase some of the most beautiful natural wonders of the world. Meander down peaceful paths, past ponds and waterfalls and relax before the hustle and bustle of Vegas reclaims you.

Also at The Bellagio is the Bellagio Gallery Of Fine Art. Even a city revolving around hedonistic pleasures and thrills can enjoy the finer things in life, proved perfectly by this exquisite collection of art. The space is a mixture of travelling exhibitions and top collections which stay in residence throughout the year. Complimentary tours are offered at 2pm daily, encouraging visitors to expand their creative horizons, whilst simultaneously providing respite from the hectic Las Vegas

atmosphere. All visitors are welcome, even those not staying at The Bellagio hotel, with the top-priced tickets at a very reasonable $15. Discounts are also available for students, teachers and those who have served in the military.

Thrill-seekers are also catered for in Las Vegas, with the incomparable Adventuredome at Circus Circus. Featuring the world's only indoor, double loop, two corkscrew rollercoaster in the world (Canyon Blaster), the theme park is set over an incredible five acres and has rides for adrenaline junkies and families alike – spend the day whirling around the traditional carousel or enjoy a festive ferris wheel ride. The theme park also features FX Theatre attractions with the likes of Dora The Explorer and Spongebob Squarepants. Rides are individually priced but if you wish to spend an afternoon or a full day being catapulted through a shopping mall at 55mph, day passes are also available.
