Yes. I received a great deal of money with a cash gifting program. But I started to feel uncomfortable in the process.

So many of the people I spoke with had concerns about the legalities. I even directed them to a phone call with an actual IRS agent talking about how gifting was legal.

But the concerns continued. So I stopped.

Let me also say that I still believe that the principle behind the program was, and still is, valid. And, if we can give financial gifts to each other legally, why not create programs to benefit from it? I mean isn't that what capitalism is all about?

Yet, more cash gifting programs are being shut down every week. I began to feel like I was swimming against the tide.

I liked the ability that cash gifting gave us to help other people and to be handsomely rewarded at the same time.

This got me to thinking...

Since I recently published a book I decided to start working with other authors (and would be authors) who also wanted to publish.

I honestly believe that everyone has at least one book in them.

The new site that I created, along with associates, addresses the need that new, and seasoned, authors have to promote their work.

Since I spent a lifetime in advertising I felt that this would be a good way to contribute and work with my new found passion -- writing.

But the lesson I learned from witnessing the many people looking into cash gifting gave me an idea.

What if I could help authors promote their books and help others looking for a way to make money online too?
