Subuno and MaxMind partner to bring MaxMind’s IP reputation and risk scoring service into Subuno

Oct. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Subuno, a fraud screening software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, and MaxMind, a leading provider of IP geolocation and online fraud detection solutions, today announce a partnership to integrate MaxMind’s geolocation and IP reputation risk scoring services into Subuno.

Under the partnership, Subuno will integrate various MaxMind services, including GeoIP Country Web Service and minFraud fraud detection,into Subuno’s fraud screening SaaS platform. Subuno’s clients will be able to easily build and implement screening rules for MaxMind’s transaction risk score and IP geolocation data without having to do any additional integration or manage a separate contract with MaxMind. MaxMind’s minFraud risk model was developed through the analysis of over half a billion e-commerce transactions, which allows it to accurately analyze and score online transactions using a multitude of data points, including IP reputation, proxy detection, and geolocation. In addition, MaxMind's minFraud Network, which consists of thousands of merchants worldwide, allows merchants to protect each other by indirectly sharing non-personally identifiable risk factors.
