Written in memoir format, the seven-story collection fits nicely into Amazon’s folklore category.  The collection includes a haunting look at the maternal side of Ms. Hill’s family.  “My mother was a ‘what will the neighbors say” type of person.  And although she was quite colorful, a gypsy-spirit at heart; she had married a military man.  Our life, and her social circle would have suffered greatly had she divulged the spirit visitors that haunted her life.  Finally, ten years after her death, I pay tribute to my Ohio Turkey Creek Farm ancestors, by revealing the skeletons in our closet.”
