Pete and Mac's Halloween Yappy Hour Supports Life Saver Rescue 10/21 4pm - 7pm

Oct. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- We asked, why support Life Saver Rescue and Janice Magrini, founder of Life Saver Rescue told us,   “Life Saver Rescue is dedicated to the rescue of abused and neglected shelter dogs within the surrounding areas of DFW.  We are committed to working within our community to help support responsible pet guardianship by supporting spay/neuter programs, and providing education on the humane treatment of animals. We are supportive of our adopting families, and we continue to be available to them whenever they need assistance in helping their new adopted dog be successful in their new forever home.”

Life Saver Rescue is especially thankful to Pete & Mac’s Pet Resort for their constant support in assisting us to fight the good fight of saving shelter animals scheduled for euthanasia.  Without business like Pete & Mac’s in the DFW Metroplex, animal rescue non-profits, like ourselves, would not be able to do the work we are able to do in our community.  It is businesses like Pete & Mac’s that give generously to help others that Life Saver Rescue is so thankful and blessed to be associated with.  As a non-profit rescue organization, we too are extremely supportive of those that help us to achieve our goals in the community.  Our veterinarians are also a huge part of our success in helping to rehabilitate and rehome these abused and left behind animals.  We send out a huge heartfelt thank you to all of our supporters, adopters, friends, family, and local businesses that support and help us on a daily basis.

Pete & Mac’s will be hosting a “Yappy Hour” for Life Saver Rescue on Friday, October 21, 2011 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at their Irving location, on the grounds of theLas Colinas Equestrian Center.  There is a $5.00 suggested donation at the door; lots of specials that you can only get during the Yappy Hour event, such as, 20% off daycare packages, boarding specials, and grooming specials.  In celebration of Halloween, we invite everyone to come on down and enjoy a spooky brew and finger foods, great deals, and great fun.  Bring a friend, new to Pete and Mac's, and receive 2 free raffle tickets at the event!
