Firstly, the mud cleaner must include desander cones, desilter separator, and bottom shaker. The configured desander cones are 8", 10", and 12". Final cones number and size depend on detail demand on treating capacity

While the desilter hydrocyclone mainly is 4". The discharge rate will decide the desilter cones number.  Usually, 8“ cone can handle 264GPM drilling fluid, 10" will treat 400GPM, 12" desandre cone process 528GPM. Desilter cone can treat about 15~20m3/h

Then according to treating capacity demand and cones configuration, the bottom shaker can be fitted with 3panels or 4 panels screen. The vibrator for bottom shaker is explosion proof since it will work at oilfield

Furthermore, mount pressure gauge on the desander feed inlet to ensure sufficient pressure and safe working condition.

The mud transfer pump configuration is relative with capacity, while the capacity is related with impeller, pressure, feed inlet and output, the motor power, the head, etc. The pump will provide sufficient power and pressure for cones ensure high performance and efficient operation


Oilfield mud cleaner models

Presently, the linear motion cleaner is very popular.  Now oilfield cleaner for sale including AJQ603, AJQ703, AJQ603B, and AJQ703B.  The difference among them are treating capacity and the hydrocyclones configuration

AJQ603 combine AJS603L shaker, 10~16 nos desilter cone, 1 or 2 nos 10" desander cone.  The process rate is 528~1056GPM.  Bottom shaker fixed 3 panels screen. The AJQ703 cleaner combine AJS703L, 8~20 ea 4" hydrocyclone and 1~3 ea 10" cones bottom shaker is also 3 panels screen.

The AJQ603B means 4~10 pcs desilter hyrocyclone, and  1 or 2 pcs 8" desander cone.  Bottom shaker is also AJS603L. Capacity is about 60~160m3/h. Final standard type is AJS703B. This cleaner holding 1~2 ea 8in cones and 10~16ea 4in cone. Bottom shaker is matched same as AJQ703.
