El Palacio De Las Frutas will continue to operate as a neighborhood grocery store, and also serve their famous fruit drinks.  According to Mason Sharpe, Vice President of Sharpe Properties, "having a neighborhood grocery store will fill a great need for the local bushiness and residents to find quality groceries, food and drinks nearby."

The Cuban Shopping Center, located at 2303 N.W. 7th Street, Miami, Florida 33125, is less than 1 mile West of the brand new home ballpark for the Miami Marlins (formerly the Florida Marlins).  The close proximity to the Marlin's new ballpark is expected to increase the traffic and business to the Cuban Shopping Center.
