Kirsch CPA Celebrates 20 Years in Business

John Kirsch is not your stereotypical CPA.  At 6'8", his heart and passion for business success are just as big.  Equally remarkable are the other 19 professionals that he has brought together to fill an Oxford and Fairfield office. This team of dedicated men and women represent a wide range of ages, backgrounds and experience. While offering first rate accounting and financial expertise, these individuals are also friendly, personable and passionate about making businesses better.

After catching the entrepreneurial spirit, John left a large local firm in downtown Cincinnati in 1991 to found what is now Kirsch CPA Group. Since the inception as a one-employee firm, the organization  has grown into Southwestern Ohio's 15th largest local CPA firm.  The objective has always been to offer clients the best of both worlds: the knowledge and resources of a larger company and the personalized attention of a smaller firm.

In the early days, John started in business for himself. As the business steadily prospered through referrals from friends and business associates, John needed to bring in more accountants to keep up with the demand.  

In 2002, John joined forces with Dave Ludwin to create the Kirsch Ludwin CPA Group in Oxford. John then made a major investment in the business and the community by purchasing a parcel of land in Fairfield to allow for expansion of the ever growing firm.  The Liberty Green Business Center on Deis Drive opened in 2004.

Today, KCG operates offices in Fairfield and Oxford, with over 20 team members providing professional financial services and business guidance to companies and individuals throughout the Tri-State and beyond. They attribute their quick growth to a focus on premium service, with nearly 100% of our new clients coming from referrals.
KCG is committed to business clients with a full array of tax, accounting and consulting services, including management advisory services, succession planning, Quick Books consulting, and representation before the internal Revenue Service, administrative agencies and lending institutions.  While small to medium size businesses make up the core of the clientele, Kirsch CPAs also takes pride in providing individuals with the same attentive customized services.
