Kuyam Uses the Power of Social Media to Support Breast Cancer Awareness Month

This year an estimated 209,060 people—women and men—will be diagnosed with breast cancer, and we'll lose more than 40,000 of our family and friends to this horrible disease. Each individual that ‘likes’ and/or signs up with kuyam will make an immediate impact as that one simple click will directly support an organization committed to breast cancer research, education, treatment and patient support. A major focus of the Komen Los Angeles County Affiliate is to help uninsured and under-insured women and men who have symptoms of breast cancer and are facing barriers to accessing health care; particularly women and men under 40.
