SmartWait™ is a smartphone application that displays all nearby SmartWait™-labelled sites, complete with current waiting conditions. So one can select the site nearest to one’s current location and which can meet customer requirements the fastest. Thanks to SmartWait™, there is no need any more for customers to wait around for no reason; they can inform of their arrival remotely, and they can even postpone it.
