QualitySolicitors Nalders appoints a female Chairman

Sept. 28, 2011 - PRLog -- Cilla James has been appointed Chairman for Cornish law firm QualitySolicitors Nalders.  She succeeds Steve Davies who has recently announced that he will retire in April 2012.

With more than 25 years experience specialising in property work with QualitySolicitors Nalders, Cilla considers her promotion to be a great privilege.

“I am delighted to take the role of Chairman as it is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead the firm's continued success in providing a quality and comprehensive service to all of our clients.”

Partnership Director Wayne Bushell is looking forward to Cilla playing a key role in the planning and development of the firm over the next few months.

“Everyone is very excited that Cilla is taking the role of Chairman.  It is a great responsibility due to the size and complexity of the firm, the range of offices we have and the number of staff we employ.  Cilla is totally committed to QualitySolicitors Nalders providing high level service to all our clients.  She will also be integral to planning how best to meet some of the new challenges created by the introduction of "Tesco Law" later this year."

Wayne adds, "Cilla is the very first female Chairman in our 225 years history and one of a tiny number of ladies heading up law practices. We want to be at the cutting edge of law and the service we provide to our clients, and I know that Cilla will be leading from the front."

Cilla acknowledges that QualitySolicitors Nalders already has much to offer but sees plenty more opportunity ahead.

Cilla lives in Truro with her husband and their twin daughters.
