Here are some excerpts: Q: Gary, what was going through your mind the first time you heard your song on today’s Contemporary country radio stations? A: Although I had played the song hundreds of times, hearing it on the radio was a major adrenaline rush. Over the past 20 years, I have made many trips to Nashville and worked with a lot of people. Q: Who helped you with this release? A: My friend Robert Metzgar has a wonderful company in Nashville to help new songwriters break through with their songwriting careers.
