Theory of Excellence (THE) launches Innovation Assessment

Sept. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- As part of the research into the Theory of Excellence (THE) a complete guide to innovation excellence that covers every aspect of this fundamental company characteristic along with many, many creativity stimulators is being produced. The final output will be a comprehensive Innovation Assessment that will highlight the strengths and gaps within any organisation’s approach to innovation. In order to validate the assessment, three organisations that believe they are outstanding in the area of innovation will be offered the opportunity to undergo the assessment exercise as beta customers. This service will be chargeable but at a greatly reduced rate. All aspects of the innovation strategy, culture, process, supports systems and pipeline will be incorporated. A comprehensive analysis of the current innovation organisational circumstances together with detailed insight will be provided at the end of the assessment in the form of a presentation regarding the Theory of Excellence’s new innovation theories along with an overview of the organisation’s innovation position including a comprehensive GAP analysis.
