Sept. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- BrandSoftech is a leading provider of online gaming services and is currently in talks with several operators concerning possible casino and bingo room take overs. Representing a group of investors looking to expand their current online gaming properties, BrandSoftech’s upper management have been traveling through Latin America and Canada in order to finalize the acquisition of a number of online casino and bingo operations.

"Several of our members have a strong background in financial investing, and from there we have taken the concept of being fearful when others are greedy and greedy only when others are fearful. Our aim is to increase our client's reach to capture a significant segment of the online entertainment market by way of acquisition of existing casinos and bingo rooms. Currently many online gaming operations are showing an interest in cashing out. And the prices we have so far discussed are quite appealing to our investors. We are confident in our ability to provide our customer's with a sound investment." Commented Martin Herrera, spokesperson for the organization.

A strong motivator for many operators is the hardship they have had to endure over the last few years. After the signing into law by president Bush of the Port Safety Act, which included the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act or UIGEA as it is known, many operators have seen their earnings dwindle. A number of factors are adding to their difficulties.  Credit Card processing funds have been seized by federal authorities, which have resulted in a devastating effects on operators, who still remain liable for paying winnings on funds that were not received. In addition Dot com domain names have been taken, causing confusion and uncertainty in the minds of players. Top executives have also been threatened with legal action. On the other hand many new operators who don’t fully understand the industry have entered the space recently, drastically increasing supply. And as if that isn’t enough, many operators and e-wallets have closed abrubtly and players have become increasingly weary of losing funds to such issues. In short, there has been all but a complete industry melt down as far as the US market is concerned.

Although, some good new trends have accompanied the negative ones. Due to the stress on operators, a trend of consolidation has swept throughout the industry. Mergers and acquisitions are the talk of the day at all the major industry events from G2E in the US to the iGaming Super Show in London. This has had a positive effect on player satisfaction and confidence. Currently payout times for players are faster than ever before and customer service has also improved; in tests only a few short years ago, online gambling customer service representatives answered an industry average of a mere 53% of all new emails, now in 2011 the average is 81%. Game selection is another area where players are enjoying better service. There has been some strong innovation in areas of technology and player experience like live dealer casino, 3d slots, i-slots which include captivating story lines and other new twists to the concepts of old.

Currently BrandSoftech is open to operators contacting their representatives regarding possible brands that might be interested in a buyout. Additionally, a finder’s fee is offered to i-gaming industry insiders who offer information that result in the purchase of an online gaming brand. Interested operators and industry insiders may contact Brand Softech's representative Joshua whose email is joshua@brandsoftech.com
