Walpole, MA Single-family Median Home Prices Increase More Than $100K in August 2011

Oct. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- The median price and sales of single-family homes in Walpole, Massachusetts increased in August 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

The median price of single-family homes increased 27.2 percent in August 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $100,400.  Single-family home sales in Walpole, MA rose 73.7 percent in August 2011, a difference of 14 sales compared to August 2010.  

Condominium sales increased 20 percent in August 2011, a difference of only one sale compared to August 2010. The median price of condos fell 16.6 percent in August 2011, a difference of $50,500 compared to August of the previous year.

There were no multi-family homes sold in August 2010 or 2011, in Walpole Massachusetts.
