Lennar Adds Land Acquisition Manager as it Continues Growth in Coastal Carolinas

Sept. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Ashley Vaughan has joined Lennar, one of the nation’s top homebuilders, as land acquisition manager for the company’s Coastal Carolinas division. Vaughan brings her vast and varied experience in real estate and development to Lennar, where she will work to secure land rights, lead negotiations, evaluate contract changes and manage acquisitions on behalf of the company.

Vaughan earned her bachelor’s degree from College of Charleston and holds a real estate license in South Carolina.  Most recently she has gained valuable experience working for other prominent residential real estate developers in the Charleston area.  As an active member of the Charleston real estate community, Vaughan is a member of the Charleston Trident Realtors Association, Charleston Trident Homebuilders Association, Charleston Chamber of Commerce Developers Council and Urban Land Institute.
