Sealing Performance Testing of Blood Bag against External Pressure

The testing principle of the tester is as follows: Fill water into the blood bag (as indicated below) to nominal capacity, seal it up and then place it between the two plates of the tester. Then the blood bagwill be squeezed between two plates gradually to an internal pressure equivalent to 50KPa above atmospheric pressure at 23±5 C for 10 minutes and no leakage is allowed on visual inspection. For blood bags of flexible PVC, the test should be performed at 4 C
