Norfolk County, MA Single-family Home Prices, Sales Up July 2011

Oct. 30, 2011 - PRLog -- The median price and sales of single-family homes in Norfolk County, Massachusetts increased in July 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The median price of single-family homes increased 2.8 percent in July 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $11,500.  Single-family home sales in Norfolk County, MA rose 14.9 percent in July 2011, a difference of 63 sales compared to July 2010.  

Condominium sales increased 5.6 percent in July 2011, a difference of eight sales compared to July 2010.The median price of condos fell 4.1 percent in July 2011, a difference of $13,800 compared to July 2010.

Sales of multi-family homes increased 36.4 percent in July 2011, a difference of eight sales compared to July 2010. The median price of multi-family homes fell 7.9 percent in July 2011, a difference of $33,000 compared to July of the previous year.
