Chris Fahrendorf Joins Real Estate Group at Snell & Wilmer

Sept. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorney Chris Fahrendorf has joined the firm’s Phoenix office.

Fahrendorf’s practice is focused in the area of commercial finance and real estate transactions. He represents developers in the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of retail, office, residential and mixed-use developments. He also represents financial institutions in real estate and asset based lending transactions.

Fahrendorf is the president of Saint Mary’s Scholarship and Benefit Fund which provides resources to Saint Mary’s Catholic High School. He was also previously the chairman of the board of directors of Exito, Inc., and is a Real Property Section member with the State Bar of Arizona.

Fahrendorf earned his juris doctor from Arizona State University College of Law where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and was an Associate Managing Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
