Atlas Group LC Enters New Property Management Markets

Sept. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Last month The Atlas Group LC opened a new office, operating under a new company called Atlas Group Tampa LLC.  With the real estate sales market still struggling it’s likely the rental market will improve at a faster rate, and that opening up new offices now is basically getting in on the ground floor of an improving economy.

Atlas Group Tampa LLC is headed by Shawna Ramkalawan a seasoned property manager out of the Las Vegas Office.  Being centrally located was a priority for the expansion.  The location allows us to efficiently manage properties in all areas including Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties.  

The Tampa office will primarily handle all types of residential property including houses, condos, townhomes, and multiple unit complexes up to about 100 units each.  Our offices are not hampered by layers of authority or divisions of labor. At the Atlas Group we train our people to be able to do just about everything.  It is very frustrating for an owner or a tenant to deal with several different people to get a couple of easy questions answered.  Some firms have one person handle maintenance, another shows property, someone else inspects property, and another person handles all the finances.  This is frustrating and confusing for everyone.   At the Atlas Group an owner or a tenant only has to talk to one efficient property manager to get all their questions answered.  It makes for much happier clients.
