- Thursday, 10th November 2011, 10am - 3.45pm, Walton Hall, Wellesbourne, Warwickshire - Organised by AEB (International) Ltd in partnership with CILT

Sept. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Companies are facing new business challenges in international trade due to increased emphasis on security in the supply chain and tighter restrictions by government agencies around the world. The annual Supply Chain Compliance Conference, organised by AEB (International) Ltd, will introduce the most important regulations, latest changes,  implications and penalties for non-compliance, as well as an industry case study to share best practice.

For many years now, AEB’s world has centred on integrated and modular solutions for foreign trade and supply chain management. The Second Annual Compliance Conference by AEB, organised in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), will provide opportunities for global acting businesses to get up to speed with the latest changes in regulatory compliance and risk management strategies and help to understand why security and efficiency improvements go hand-in-hand in today’s global supply chains.

The conference provides an ideal forum to learn about the latest news and trends, network with companies facing similar issues and identify solutions to maximise both supply chain compliance and efficiency. The programme includes practical examples of risk management strategies and solutions that companies are putting into place to address the latest challenges.

Attendees will be able to ask questions and network with industry peers.  Agenda topics include:

•   Export Controls and Regulatory Compliance
•   Compliance Challenges in and along the Supply Chain
•   AEO and the Security Amendment
•   Legal and Financial Non-Compliance Implications
•   Case Study: Compliance Business Challenges
