RealOptions Pregnancy Medical Clinic selected for Incubator Program

Sept. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- The Silicon Valley Planned Giving Council (SVPGC) developed a model program to provide resources and hands-on mentoring for local non-profit organizations developing and implementing endowment programs and planned giving activities for their long-term financial stability. Colleen Lukoff, Incubator Program Director, said, “It is a mentoring program that nine non-profits including RealOptions Pregnancy Medical Clinics will benefit from this year.” Over the 11 years of the program, 35+ nonprofit organizations and volunteer mentors have participated with millions of dollars raised!

RealOptions is recognized for its quality of care by providing information, professional medical services, and practical support to women and men facing unplanned pregnancies.

RealOptions Pregnancy Medical Clinics will be mentored by Brian Shetler,  
President of SVPGC, Partner, Estate Planning & Tax Attorney at Berliner Cohen, and Rob Lyman, CFP Lead Advisor, Partner at Johnson Lyman Wealth Advisors.

Valerie Hill, RealOptions' Executive Director and CEO, said, “This effort is being made because we have passionately served our community for the past 30 years without government funding of any kind.  It is our desire to see this organization well funded for future generations.”  She also said, “We are grateful for the work that SVPGC is doing to help non-profits sustain the services and programs offered to our community.”
