Bralikk draws a massive following with their hard rap and hip hop

Two individuals who are alike - yet different in many ways.  Their stories are what is common between them.  Together they created Bralikk and they tell their stories like nothing I’ve ever heard before.  

Desmond Watson goes by the stage name Streets.  He was born in December 16, 1982 in Jersey City, NJ.  He presents himself to the music industry as a hip hop artist and songwriter.  He was and still is a fan of many original hip hop and rap greats such as 2Pac, Big L, Notorious B.I.G. and others.  As an artist Streets brings 100% authenticity and creativity to the table.  He has the charisma, the versatility and the talent to excel in this music industry.  Part of his life hasn’t gone as planned and it took time away from him but not his focus from the one thing he loved and that was music.  He found his outlet from the streets and into the music industry.  He is intense and has amazing stories to tell.  This is Streets.

Monel Watson also came from Jersey City, NJ.  He was born February, 8, 1984 and goes by stage name Strong.  Strong presents himself to the music industry as a hip hop artist and songwriter with R & B being a strong influence in his music styling’s.  He was influenced by his older brother who was also a rapper.  Strong also was inspired by hip hop and rap greats such as Busta Rhymes, Jay-Z and others.  Like Streets, he also had that versatility and charisma, talent and longevity that hip hop artists need to survive in this business.  

Both Streets and Strong have many things in common; the streets of Jersey City where the instinct to survive kept them alive.  They did what they had to do.  Even with its dark side, the street is what built the reputation of these two individuals and the streets is what lead them out and into a world where they would be able to tell their stories through music.  Some may call this therapeutic.  I call it inspirational.  

BRALIKK is what came out of this union.  Since 2002 to present time, they have obtained a massive following and their music has been all over the airwaves.  Their music is hard rap and hip hop with heavy urban beats with plenty of dark undertones.   Their mirrored lyrics and the way the lyrics play off of each other is like a hard reality check.  They are strong individuals and twice as strong as a union.  Their music has parental notices attached to it, so make sure the little ones are out of the house when you listen to these tracks.  However and most importantly, when you are ready make sure you buckle yourselves in because you’re in for a ride of a lifetime.
