Tequity Inc. Advises EMANIO on Asset Acquisition by DiCentral.

Markham, ON, September 6, 2011 – Software and technology company merger and acquisition specialist Tequity Inc., today announced the acquisition of EDI and data integration products Trading Partner and Unite! from EMANIO, Inc. by DiCentral Corporation, a leading innovator in computer software for B2B integration and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to the supply chain.

Tequity Inc. acted as advisors to EMANIO.  Terms were not disclosed.

The product acquisitions strongly complement DiCentral's product portfolio and align with DiCentral's industry and product expansion strategies of growing both organically and through acquisition, enabling the additional capabilities to DiCentral's existing framework supporting the retail, manufacturing, communications, and government, health care and banking industries
