Line dancing gives participants all the joys of dancing without the need for a partner.  It helps people maintain a healthy weight, good muscle tone, and youthful balance and coordination, while providing a good low impact cardio workout with no special equipment or clothing needed to get started. Professional instruction is now available online for the first time, helping people learn at their pace in the convenience of their home.

About the featured choreographer
Jamie's unique style of dancing and instructing are keys to her success.  After winning six United Country Western Dance Council (UCWDC)  World Line Dance titles, she officially retired in January 2000.   Jamie was voted the "Favorite Female Line Dancer" at the 2000 UCWDC Star Awards as well as nominated for the UCWDC Star Awards  "Favorite Female Line Instructor" for the 2002, 2003, 2004 & 2005. Jamie's choreography includes the  "Bomshel Stomp" (Bomshel), “Mad Cowboy Disease,” “Things to Say” and “Chocolate.” Bomshel Stomp was voted #6 in club favorite for 2005 and continues to be a favorite at dance events. Other choreography favorites include Backstreet Attitude, Sho'Nuf, and Atlantis (co-choreographer with John Robinson). Jamie continues to dance throughout the U.S. and other countries promoting, instructing, choreographing and judging dance events. Jamie and her husband, Barney, are directors for the Ft. Wayne Dance for All event. Held in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, it’s one of the longest running and best dance events in the U.S.
