Visual Analytics Inc. Pens OEM Agreement with IMT Holdings, Corp.

(VAI) announced today that the company has entered into an original equipment manufacturing (OEM) agreement with IMT Holdings, Corp., a provider of next generation multilingual extraction software solutions.  Under the terms of the agreement, VAI will make the Rosoka Extraction Engine an integrated component of the Data Clarity Suite – VAI’s flagship analytical environment.

Offering VAI customers with integrated multilingual extraction capabilities enables them to create an environment that is focused on maximizing the amount of analytical data available from unstructured text sources to provide a better analytical picture of a customer’s entire data holdings.  “The combination of VAI’s Data Clarity Suite with the Rosoka Extraction Engine targets both the large volumes of structured data and the even larger volumes of natural language text that our customers struggled with prior to our integration,” said Chris Westphal, co-founder and CEO of VAI.  “We currently support customers in over 45 countries and the Rosoka Extraction Engine will provide our user-base with the ability to analyze their unstructured text holdings regardless of the language, nomenclature, or writing style.”
