PRLog -- Prizes will be awarded in two categories: painting/drawing and graphic design. Each category will have three winners first, second and third place. The winners in both categories will be awarded prizes. Students living or attending school in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania are eligible, including students who are home-schooled. Artwork must be the original work of the student and must be 11 inches by 17 inches, including any border. Materials used may include, but are not limited to: paint, pencil, crayon, pen and ink, markers, original computer-generated design or photos. No 3-D posters or studies, please. Deadline is for the contest is October 3rd; entries must be postmarked by October 3, 2011. Winners will be contacted by phone by mid-October. Winners will be announced at the unveiling ceremony on from October 26, 2011, from 11am to 1pm at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute, 824 West Lancaster Ave, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010.
Each poster must be accompanied by a signed release form which can be downloaded from the Laurel House website (www.laurel-
house.org). The back of each poster must include the student’s name, grade, home address, phone number and email address, along with the name and address of the school. All posters will become the property of Laurel House, and may be used for future dating violence prevention activities. No materials will be returned.
