XML ValidatorBuddy Schematron plugin for XMLSpy®

Aug. 24, 2011 - PRLog -- As a plugin for XMLSpy® ValidatorBuddy brings access to ISO Schematron validation to the popular XML editor. Schematron support enables powerful rule based checking as a complement to the standard XML schema validation. To make Schematron validation convenient for all users, the plugin can validate an XML instance file against a Schematron schema file with a single click and reports all messages in a separate window directly in the editor.

Beside Schematron support, the enhanced XML schema validation of the plugin displays all validation errors of any XML instance file at once with a single click. The included jump-to-error functionality allows to fix one or multiple errors in the XML quickly. It is no longer necessary to repeatedly validate the same XML file to resolve all errors. This feature is also part of the standard plugin installation.

The plugin is compatible with XMLSpy® 2006 or younger. The price for a single license is $19 and it is available immediately for download from http://www.xml-tools.com, Vienna, Austria.
