PNC BANK TO OPEN NEW FULL-SERVICE BRANCH
ON TOWSON UNIVERSITY CAMPUS
Convenience, Financial Education and Enhanced Services Benefit Campus Community

   BALTIMORE, Aug. 23, 2011 – PNC Bank, N.A., announced today a new full-service branch opening later this week in the University Union at Towson University.  In addition to branch and teller services, the new location will feature two advanced function ATMs, capable of accepting deposits and cashing checks down to the dollar.   
   The branch will emphasize smart money management and financial education for the school’s more than 21,000 students, faculty and staff.  As part of this arrangement, PNC will host on-site financial literacy workshops for students and employees. Topics will include basic banking, credit management, savings and investing, identity protection and home buying.

•   A total of seven on-campus ATMs, to be located in the University Union, Administration Building, Newell Dining Hall, Towson Center, Hawkins Hall and West Village Commons.
•   Customized websites at www.pnc.com\towson hosted by PNC, where students, faculty and staff can complete account applications and find helpful financial education information.
