NEHRA To Hold Three-Part "Success At Work" Professional Development Program

The Success at Work ™ professional development series focuses on three key competencies—
The session “Navigate Conflict for Success” will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2011 with early registration ending Thursday, September 8, 2011. The session “Manage Change for Success” will be held Thursday, December 8, 2011 with early registration ending Thursday, November 10, 2011. The session “Communicate for Success” will be held Thursday, February 2, 2012 with early registration ending Thursday, January 5, 2012. The registration costs for each class are $249 for NEHRA members and $399 for non-members with an early registration discounted price of $349 for non-members. When purchased together, the registration cost for all 3 programs is $695 for a NEHRA member (a savings of over $50) and $995 for a non-member (a savings of over $200.) Each class is approved for 5.5 general credit hours for PHR and SPHR recertification.
Each participant can be expected to receive a pre-series MBTI® assessment, a continental breakfast and lunch, workbooks and materials, and one-hour of follow-up personalized coaching. Whether it be by learning the basics of one’s personality type, being taught how to build flexibility in experiencing and managing change, or deepening one’s understanding of how to navigate conflict to enhance success—every professional who attends the whole or part of the “Success at Work” series will come away with a enhanced HR “toolbox.”
